Job Description
Develop software utilizing the following technologies: Java, Oracle, Web (HTML, CSS, Javascript), Microsoft Windows, UnixWork with systems administrators to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve production issues.Extensive communication to all levels of the organization regarding project development status, issues and production problems.Partner with QA and subject matter experts to insure that testing is complete and that ongoing testing is addressed through various levels of automated testing.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field or equivalent experience Ability to work in Windows and UNIX/Linux environments2-3 years of work experience in software development both client-side (HTML, JavaScripts) and server-side (J2EE) and Object Oriented Design and DevelopmentAbility to work with the team to define test cases, metrics, and resolution guidelinesWork in a team environmentPossess sophisticated attention to detail and solid organizational and prioritization skills while working quickly and accurately under pressure.Willingness to learn as well as the willingness to share information.Ability to identify underlying causes of business issues and recommend appropriate corrective action or problem resolution.Demonstrated ability to manage own time and own work effectively.
